We'll immediately cancel your old Passport and re-issue you a new card with the amount of credits you currently have available on your lost card.

We can only provide this superior service if you register your Rascal's Passport.

If you don't register your Passport, we have no way of knowing what your Rascal's Passport contains, in the event that it is lost.
