What is the difference between the Party Packages A, B, & C?
The only difference is the dollar amount on the Playcards that each person receives.
★How long will the Playcards last each person?
It depends on what the person is interested playing. Rascal
s video games range from .25 - $1.50. The attractions, such as the Rock Climbing Wall, Laser Tag, bumper cars, etc. are $3.00 - $6.00.
★Does the Birthday Child count as one of the 12 kids for the Kids Package or 10 kids for the Teen Package?
Yes, the Birthday Child is included in the final headcount.
★What if I have more or less than 12 kids for the Kids Package or 10 kids for the Teen Package?
If you have more than the required minimum guests you would pay the per child price for each additional child. If you have less than the required minimum you would still have to pay for the package minimum requirement. You would then have the extra playcards to do with as you please.
★Can I bring my own cake?
Rascal's must provide the cake for your event. You are able to choose the flavor, color, and theme. We are unable allow any outside food or drink in our establishment due to the requirements by our Insurance carrier. All food served must be supplied and sold by RASCAL'S FOOD AND FUN.
★What if I do not have the minimum number of kids/adults and do not want to purchase a Party Package?
Please feel free to make a reservation in our restaurant.
★What is the Service Charge?
This service charge includes your room rental fee, party supplies, materials, and booking & preparation costs.
★Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable in case you would want to change the date or time of your event. It is also applied to your final bill.
★What is the exact total of my event going to be?
Once a deposit is received and all details are clarified we can present you with an estimate. The exact total of your event will be presented to you upon conclusion of your party.
